Reanibex 500

The Reanibex 500 is a compact, robust, and intuitive Monitor Defibrillator designed for the Emergency Services.

It can monitor, defibrillate and to provide a pacemaker therapy in a unique portable and light device, and incorporates all the necessary characteristics for being used in emergency situations.

It can monitor these vital signs:

• The ECG signal, specifically leads I, II and III
• Blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2).

  • Biphasic technology.
  • Universal AED algorithm for adult and paediatric patients.
  • Shocks up to 360 J.
  • Large high resolution 5.7″ colour display for monitoring up to 3 channels.
  • Screen can be set to high contrast mode.
  • Its built-in metronome helps achieve the right rhythm when performing compressions.
  • Real-time information about whether compressions are correct or not.
  • Non-invasive pacing.
  • Pulse oximetry with Masimo Set technology for adult and paediatric patients.
  • Synchronised cardioversion.
  • Configurable CPR protocol.
  • Configured according to ERC/AHA guidelines 2015 and the 2017 update.
  • Automatic daily self-test ensures the device is always ready.
  • USB connection for transferring episodes to a computer.

In AED mode, the device analyses the ECG signal, and performs the defibrillation if necessary, guiding the user throughout the intervention protocol. The Reanibex 500 provides audio prompts and on-screen instructions as well as providing CPR guidance. It has a built-in metronome to guide the rescuer in achieving the correct rate while performing compressions, and an indicator to provide information about the cardiac massage quality.

If the user selects Manual Mode, then the user controls the whole defibrillation procedure, and the Reanibex 500 provides no indications about whether a shock is required or not. Manual mode is suitable for manual defibrillation, synchronised cardioversion and vital signs monitoring.

A non-invasive transcutaneous pacemaker is a device that delivers electrical stimulation to the heart, thus triggering cardiac depolarisation and contraction of the myocardium. Pacemaker pulses are delivered only using disposable multifunction electrodes, both adult and paediatric.

This mode is suitable for monitoring vital signs, including non-simultaneous acquisition and non-simultaneous monitoring of 3 leads.

The 3-leadwire patient cable can be used to monitor leads I, II or III.

Monitor mode allows the display of these parameters in 2 channels.

Pulse oximetry is a continuous, non-invasive method of measuring arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PR). The measurement is obtained by placing a sensor on the patient, usually on the fingertips or earlobe for adult patients, and on the hand or foot for neonatal patients.
The sensor is connected to the equipment by a patient cable. The sensor captures the patient’s data signal and sends it to the unit..

Push-Pad device for error-free CPR. The rescuer applies the Push Pad device to the patient’s back and performs chest compressions on it. The
unit collects information about the frequency and depth of compressions that the rescuer provides to the patient and sends it to the Reanibex 500.
The Reanibex 500 displays this information and tells the rescuer whether to perform the compressions faster or slower, deeper or shallower.

With the Reanibex 500’s USB connection you can download events for viewing on a computer quickly and easily.

You simply insert a USB drive into the Reanibex 500 and download the information you need. Once the information is on the USB drive, insert it
into the computer and view it using the Reanibex Data Manager App.SELF-TRAINING MODE:

This mode allows training in the use of the equipment by simulating predefined usage scenarios. This mode of operation is only accessible if the special rechargeable training battery is installed. It is ideal for learning about using the defibrillator in different settings
